Priority Care Home

Priority Care Home provides residential care for up to 37 older people, including those living with dementia. The service operates from an adapted three-storey building with lift access in Bradford, featuring communal dining and lounge areas. At inspection, 22 people were using the service.

The home had some areas requiring improvement. Risks were not consistently mitigated to ensure safe care, and medicines administration procedures needed enhancement to guarantee people received their prescribed medicines as scheduled. While care plans and risk assessments were regularly reviewed, audits had not effectively identified concerns in these areas.
