Park View Road

Park View Road provides support for up to 10 people with learning disabilities and autism, with 8 people living there at the time of assessment. The CQC found the service performing well overall, with positive feedback from relatives about safety and quality of care. Staff were well trained, knew people well, and involved them and their families in care planning.

Inspectors observed staff being kind, compassionate and caring, with support that was person centred rather than task led. Staff reported feeling supported through regular, meaningful supervision. Where minor issues arose during the assessment, action was taken immediately, and the service was rated Good overall.
