Summer Fields

Summer Fields is a residential care home accommodating up to 50 people who require support with personal care, with most residents living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 39 people were living there. The home had implemented up-to-date guidance on safe visiting procedures, restricting visits to essential visitors only during a COVID-19 outbreak that was occurring at the time. Safe measures were in place to facilitate visits for people receiving end of life care, ensuring residents could maintain important connections with loved ones during this critical time.
