Strafford House

Strafford House is a residential care home supporting younger adults, including people with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, learning disabilities or autism. Inspectors found the home was performing well overall and rated it Good. Staff knew people exceptionally well, care plans were detailed, and medicines were managed safely, with a minor shortfall identified and quickly resolved.

People and relatives described a warm, homely environment with kind, attentive staff who supported independence and community involvement. The registered manager was found to be knowledgeable, approachable and committed to ongoing improvement, with staff feeling well supported and able to raise concerns confidently.
