Flower Park Care Home

Accidents and incidents are analysed for trends and patterns, with findings used to mitigate future incidents. Risk assessments are in place to manage risks associated with people's care safely. Inspectors identified some areas requiring further development, recommending that new systems and processes continue to be embedded into practice.
