Stowlangtoft Hall provides accommodation and personal care for up to 44 older people, some living with dementia. During the inspection, the home demonstrated strong infection control practices, with increased housekeeping hours ensuring continuous cleaning of high-touch surfaces like light switches and door handles. The management team and staff were knowledgeable about infection prevention procedures and received up-to-date training in infection control and COVID-19 protocols.

Personal protective equipment was consistently used, and both staff and residents received regular COVID-19 testing in line with government guidance.
