Stone House Residential Home

Stone House provides personal care for up to 35 people in one adapted building, with 26 residents at the time of inspection. The service regularly monitors people's care and support, working with other agencies and healthcare professionals to meet individual needs and wishes. Staff ensure people receive medicines when needed, identify and minimise risks, and maintain infection prevention and control systems. Residents feel safe living at the service and are supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives. The provider was advised that improvements were needed in monitoring the living environment and maintaining service records.
