Stokewood

Stokewood is a mental health support service for adults experiencing mental health challenges, helping with personal care and emotional wellbeing. At the time of the assessment, six people were receiving support, and the CQC found the service was performing well and meeting its expectations, rating it Good overall.

Inspectors found risks were managed proactively, with strong safeguarding, medicine management and infection control. Staff were described as kind and responsive, working closely with families and health professionals. Leadership was open and well organised, with clear systems for learning and improvement.
