Stokewood

Stokewood provides care and support for up to nine people with mental health needs, learning difficulties, or physical support requirements. At inspection, six people were using the service. A registered manager was in post and responsible for the home's operation.

Medicines were managed safely in accordance with current regulations and guidance. The home demonstrated secure systems for medication storage and administration to ensure people received their prescribed treatments appropriately.
