Management assured inspectors that night staffing deployment would be reassessed.

People were mainly kept safe and protected from infections, including Covid-19. Inspectors discussed infection control practices with the acting manager, particularly around correct use of face masks, and were assured these would be addressed promptly. The home supported people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff using the least restrictive approaches and acting in residents' best interests. Policies and systems in place supported these practices.
