Station House, in Staffordshire, provides residential care for up to six people, including older and younger adults, people with sensory or mental health needs, and people with a learning disability or autism. The CQC rated the home good overall, prompted by an inspection following concerns about how health issues were escalated, but found no cause for continuing concern.

Inspectors found staff to be kind, person-centred and respectful of privacy and dignity, with medicines managed safely and enough suitably trained staff in place. Safeguarding arrangements were sound, and governance systems were effective, with the registered manager described by staff and relatives as approachable, knowledgeable and supportive.
