St Vincents Retirement Home

St Vincents Retirement Home provides personal care and accommodation for up to 25 people. At the time of inspection, 18 residents were living there. People spoke very positively about the care they received and were happy with their living arrangements.

The home had effective recruitment practices and maintained sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs in a safe and unhurried manner. Individual, environmental and infection control risks were managed appropriately, and people were protected from avoidable harm. Residents received their prescribed medicines as required, with safe arrangements in place for medication management.
