St Peter's House

St Peter's House provides residential care for up to 66 older people, some of whom live with dementia. At the time of inspection, 45 people were using the service. The home offers accommodation and personal care but does not provide nursing care.

Inspectors found that systems and processes for quality assurance were not robust and effective, with regulatory requirements not always being met. Feedback from residents and relatives about the standards of care and support provided was mixed.
