The home is set in large grounds with outdoor facilities including a lawn area. Residents reported being happy with the service and appreciated the family atmosphere, with people regularly engaged in activities they enjoyed.

The home had robust safeguarding processes in place, with staff aware of their responsibilities and clear about escalating concerns. When accidents or incidents occurred, staff identified learning to prevent recurrence. Sufficient staffing enabled timely responses and safe care delivery.

Residents received their medicines as prescribed with safe management systems in place, and staff received regular training with opportunities to review their development needs.
