St Marks Residential Care Home

St Marks Residential Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 17 people aged 65 and over in one adapted building. The service supports people who are vulnerable due to their age and frailty, including those with varying levels of dementia-related needs. At the time of inspection, 14 people were using the service.

The inspection found improvements continued across the service, reflected in positive comments from people using the home and their relatives. However, the absence of effective governance systems impacted the service's ability to achieve an improved rating.
