Staff are very nice, it's their attitude. They're lovely. " Staff speak positively about their work and report effective communication about changes in people's care needs.

Residents and relatives consistently praised the caring nature of staff and expressed strong trust in them. People feel safe at the home, with one resident stating, "I feel safe here.
