St Katherine Care Home

St Katherine Care Home is located in the Bitterne area of Southampton and provides care for up to 20 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 14 people were residing at the home.

The home supported residents to maintain contact with their families throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, with staff assisting people to make phone or video calls as needed. Visitors were able to visit the service and used a designated outdoor area at the front of the house, with clear procedures in place for visitor arrangements.
