St Jude's House

St Jude's House, in Lewisham, is a residential care home supporting up to 12 adults living with mental health conditions. The CQC rated it good overall, an improvement from the previous requires improvement rating.

Inspectors found staff were kind and respectful, care plans involved people and relatives, and medicines were managed safely using a digital system. However, the home was in breach of regulations on safe staffing, with only one staff member on duty overnight, and inspectors also noted gaps in recruitment checks, unclear personal care details in some plans, and decor in need of updating.
