There are sufficient staff to respond promptly to people's needs, and the home has invested in improving décor and layout to support residents' comfort and sensory wellbeing.

Staff work collaboratively with external health and social care professionals to meet residents' healthcare needs. The home is enhancing the quality and choice of food and mealtime experiences. Residents receive person-centred care from well-trained staff who know them well and support them to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible.
