St Faith's provides nursing and personal care to up to 69 people aged 65 and over in a single adapted building with private bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas. The home has accessible gardens and on-site parking.

However, the service's medicine monitoring processes were not effective. Two residents had not received some of their prescribed medicines, and senior managers were not alerted promptly to address this risk. Although a system existed to identify gaps in staff signatures on medicine administration records, it did not lead to timely follow-up actions to confirm whether residents had actually received their medicines as prescribed.
