About Sandfields
Sandfields is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 90 people, with 71 residents at the time of inspection. The service supports older people and those living with dementia diagnoses.
Staff understand how to keep people safe from abuse, with appropriate safeguarding procedures in place and training provided. Individual needs are assessed with clear care plans and risk assessments developed to support people safely according to their preferences. Environmental risks have been assessed and an effective audit system is in place to monitor safety.
