St Anthony's Residential Home Limited

St Anthony's Residential Home provides personal care for up to 16 older people, some living with dementia, with 12 people using the service at the time of assessment. This followed a previous assessment where the provider was in breach of regulations covering consent, safe care, safeguarding and governance. The CQC found significant improvement, with the provider no longer in breach and rated Good overall.

An effective acting manager had strengthened leadership, staff felt supported, and safeguarding and Mental Capacity processes were now working well. Medicines were given as prescribed, though inspectors noted storage security needed attention. People and relatives spoke warmly of kind, attentive staff and felt safe and well cared for.
