St Andrew's Court provides accommodation alongside nursing and personal care to up to 20 people, including those living with dementia, physical disability, and mental health conditions. At the time of inspection, eighteen people were resident on day one and fifteen on day two. The home comprises eighteen single-occupancy bedrooms spread over two floors in the main building, with a separate two-story house containing two additional bedrooms that operates as a self-contained unit with independent access.

During the inspection, inspectors identified concerns with record-keeping practices, finding that documentation was not always completed effectively. While quality and safety monitoring systems were documented as being in place, the practical application of these processes required improvement to ensure consistent standards of care throughout the home.
