Ebor Lodge provides personal care for up to 13 people, with 12 residents living there at the time of inspection. The service demonstrates strong infection control practices, with staff wearing personal protective equipment in line with government guidance and designated areas established for applying and removing PPE. Regular testing programmes are in place for both residents and staff, and all staff have received training in infection prevention and control. Visits to the home are arranged in accordance with government guidance, ensuring appropriate safety measures are maintained while supporting residents' social connections.
