Springwood House Residential Care Home

Springwood House provides personal care to up to 29 older people in a single adapted building. At inspection, 24 people were using the service. Staff knew residents well and people felt safe, with confidence that concerns would be addressed promptly. Residents were actively involved in planning and reviewing their own care. The home had implemented infection prevention and control procedures to protect people from infection, and residents received support to manage their prescribed medicines safely.
