The CQC found the service continues to be rated good overall, following an assessment focused on safeguarding, risk management, staffing and people's independence and choice.

People and their relatives gave consistently positive feedback. Inspectors found people felt safe and were supported by familiar, competent staff in sufficient numbers. Staff were described as caring, treating people as individuals and helping them pursue hobbies, maintain relationships and make everyday choices.
