Coxbench Hall is a care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 39 older people, including those living with dementia. The CQC found the service continues to be rated good overall, following an assessment focused on safeguarding, risk management, staffing and people's independence and choice.

People and their relatives gave consistently positive feedback. Inspectors found people felt safe and were supported by familiar, competent staff in sufficient numbers. Staff were described as caring, treating people as individuals and helping them pursue hobbies, maintain relationships and make everyday choices.

An assessment of Coxbench Hall has been completed. Coxbench Hall is a care home. A care home provides accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care. The home is registered to support up to 39 older people needing support with personal care, including people living with dementia. The report for the most recent inspection of this home was published 8 June 2018. The overall rating for the service was good. This assessment commenced on 21 February 2024, with an on-site visit to the service. Off site assessment activity continued until 12 March 2024. We assessed 5 quality statements including Safeguarding, Involving people to manage risk, Safe and effective staffing, Independence choice and control and Equity in experience and outcomes. We assessed these quality statements as good and the overall rating for the service remains good.
