Springwater Lodge Care Home

Springwater Lodge provides nursing and personal care to up to 50 people, including those living with dementia and people with physical health needs, both over and under 65 years old. At inspection, 31 people were using the service across three units.

The home maintains effective safeguarding processes to protect people from abuse. Environmental risks and those related to people's health and wellbeing are managed well, and medicines are administered safely. The provider had previously received concerns about staffing levels but has since increased staff numbers on each shift to better support residents.
