Springview

Springview is a large, purpose-built residential care home providing personal care to up to 58 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 49 residents were using the service. All bedrooms feature en-suite facilities, and residents have access to a rear garden.

People and relatives were positive about their experience at Springview, describing staff as kind and caring who understood their individual needs. Residents felt safe living there. Staff had received safeguarding training and understood how to recognise signs of abuse. The home had effective systems in place to manage falls and keep people safe.
