Spratslade House Care Home

People reported feeling safe and satisfied with the care they received. Staff assessed and monitored risks appropriately, taking action to escalate concerns to relevant professionals when needed. Residents received their medicines as prescribed, with the manager taking steps during the inspection to make improvements to medicines management.
