Strathmore House

Strathmore House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 14 people with learning disabilities across two floors of a large adapted building. At the time of inspection, 12 people were using the service, each with their own single room and shared access to bathrooms and communal areas. While this number is larger than current best practice guidance, the building's design as a domestic-style property within a residential area helped mitigate potential negative impacts on residents.
