Staff demonstrated improved knowledge of safeguarding and legal requirements.

The care home provides accommodation with nursing or personal care to its residents. Inspectors observed that staff interactions with residents were respectful and person-centred, with evidence of individualised care planning and attention to residents' needs and preferences throughout the home.
