During this inspection, inspectors found that Sparrowfields had made significant improvements since the last visit. The provider had addressed previous concerns regarding unlawful restrictions on residents' liberty and ensured the management team had received necessary support and training to understand their regulatory responsibilities. Staff demonstrated improved knowledge of safeguarding and legal requirements.

The care home provides accommodation with nursing or personal care to its residents. Inspectors observed that staff interactions with residents were respectful and person-centred, with evidence of individualised care planning and attention to residents' needs and preferences throughout the home.
