Featherton House

Featherton House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 25 older people. At the time of inspection, 17 residents were living at the service. The management team had implemented a system to manage visitors safely, with procedures explained to all visitors on arrival including completing a declaration form and temperature checks. A visiting pod was introduced to allow safe visits in a COVID-19 secure environment, with other visits being gradually reintroduced in line with government guidance using COVID-19 lateral flow tests for additional safety measures.
