Shooters Hill Residential Home is a family-run home providing care and support for up to six adults with mental health needs. At the time of the inspection, five people were receiving care and support at the home. Two registered managers were in post to oversee the service.

Staff members maintained care plans and carried out regular assessments. The home ensured people had access to appropriate healthcare support and liaised with external services. Staff demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding procedures and how to respond appropriately to any concerns about people's wellbeing or safety.
