About Charlton House

Charlton House brings a sense of home to the Greenwich community, offering a place where residents and their families can feel genuinely supported. The team here understands how important it is to find somewhere that feels right, and they work hard to create a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door.

Charlton House is a residential care home supporting up to five younger adults with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, two people were using the service.
