The CQC rated the service good overall, following an assessment that looked closely at safety, staffing, medicines and how people are supported to make choices.
Inspectors found people felt safe and well cared for, with staff who understood their needs. Risk assessments and care plans clearly reflected individual needs, and people were fully involved in planning and reviewing their own care.
