Shila House

Shila House provides care and support for 11 people with mental health needs in a detached house in Enfield, North London. Each person has their own bedroom with access to a large communal area on the ground floor and a small courtyard for outside space. The service maintains detailed risk assessments that help staff minimise risks, with people involved in creating these assessments where possible. Medicines are well managed and people receive them safely and on time. Sufficient staff are deployed to meet people's individual needs and ensure person-centred care.
