Grange Crescent

Grange Crescent is a residential care home accommodating up to 54 older people requiring personal care. At inspection, 51 people were using the service. The home is clean and protects people from infection risk. Staff interact with people in caring and considerate ways, supporting them to maintain choice and control over their lives using the least restrictive approaches. Care is delivered in line with best practice, with comprehensive assessments and care plans that reflect individual choices and preferences.

The home has systems in place to ensure proper consent to care and treatment. Staff receive appropriate training to carry out their roles effectively. During inspection, lunch was observed being served, and people were supported to maintain healthy, balanced diets reflecting their preferences. People also receive snacks and drinks throughout the day.
