This residential home provides nursing and personal care to adults on three floors, with adapted facilities including lifts, specialist baths, grab rails and handles. The building features ample communal areas including a garden and outdoor visiting facilities. At inspection, only the ground floor was occupied, with 13 people using the service out of a capacity of 86. Staff were suitably skilled, though some people experienced delays when receiving care.
