SENSE - 509 Leeds and Bradford Road

SENSE provides residential care for up to five adults under 65 with learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions requiring nursing or personal care. At the time of inspection, four people were living at the home on Leeds and Bradford Road.

The service is designed to enable residents to live as full a life as possible and achieve the best outcomes. It supports people with learning disabilities and autism to live meaningful lives with control and choice, reflecting best practice guidance for person-centred care.
