Kirkside House provides accommodation and personal care for seven people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder across three separate units. Staff keep people safe through effective safeguarding systems and individualised risk assessments that help teams understand how to support each person. Medicines are managed safely, and incidents are reviewed to prevent future risks.

The service maintains enough skilled and experienced staff who receive relevant training for their roles. Staff respect people's rights and individual characteristics, and the provider uses quality assurance systems to monitor the safety and quality of care provided.
