Aire View Care Home provides accommodation for 84 residents across three floors with en-suite shower and toilet facilities in every room. The facility features several lounges, dining and quiet areas, all connected by a passenger lift. During the inspection, 79 people were living at the home.

Staff implemented corrective actions promptly in response to inspection concerns. Care plans were largely person-centred but had not been consistently updated and reviewed to ensure they reflected current needs and preferences of residents. The registered manager and deputy manager demonstrated responsiveness to identified issues and discussed plans for further improvements where required.
