Selwyn Court is a care home providing personal care to 33 people, with capacity for up to 35. The home supports a diverse range of residents including younger and older adults, people living with dementia, learning disabilities and autism. Each person has their own bedroom, with access to communal spaces including lounges and gardens.

Staff supported people in line with their individual care plans and risk assessments, enabling maximum choice and control while using the least restrictive practices. There were enough suitably recruited staff to meet people's needs. Medicines were stored and managed safely, and the home had procedures in place to protect people from abuse.

Infection control practices ensured the environment remained clean and free from infection.
