Ebenezer House

Ebenezer House provides personal care for up to five people with a learning disability and autistic people, with four people using the service at inspection. The home comprises four single bedrooms and a separate one-bedroom bungalow, with communal areas including dining, lounge, kitchen and garden spaces. At the time of inspection, there was no registered manager in post, and staff reported some inconsistency in leadership, though this had not directly impacted service delivery. Some staff felt it had created confusion around consistent working practices.

The provider monitors quality through regular audits and completes competency checks to ensure staff practice meets current standards. Staff work in partnership with people, relatives and health and social care professionals to meet support needs and ensure people receive respect, equality, dignity and choices while maintaining good access to local communities.
