SCASS Ltd provides accommodation with personal care for up to eight people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and younger adults. At inspection, one person was a permanent resident while others used the service for regular short respite stays. Staff encouraged independence and self-fulfilment, remaining available to support people safely. People had maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests. Care was designed around individual needs, with staff respecting people as individuals and building trusting relationships through consistent support, understanding, and patience. Staff demonstrated commitment to people's safety and understood how to recognise and report abuse.
