Sapphire House

Sapphire House provides accommodation and support for up to five people with learning disabilities or autism, currently housing three residents. The home features three ground floor bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus two self-contained annexes equipped with bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges and kitchenettes. A large communal lounge and conservatory offer additional space with direct access to garden areas.

Staff are appropriately recruited and in sufficient numbers to meet residents' needs. Risk assessments are clearly documented so staff understand how to keep people safe. Care plans are personalised and provide staff with the information needed to deliver tailored support. The service maintains high standards of cleanliness and infection control. Staff have worked with the local community learning disability team to develop positive behaviour support plans that ensure person-centred approaches. Residents receive their prescribed medicines as required.
