The home demonstrated good infection control practices in line with government COVID-19 guidelines. Staff and visitors underwent comprehensive checks on arrival to reduce infection risk. The provider ensured sufficient Personal Protective Equipment was available, including aprons, gloves and masks, which staff were using appropriately.
