Saltwood Care Centre

Saltwood Care Centre is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care for up to 68 people, with 60 residents at the time of inspection. The service supports people with a range of needs including brain injuries, diabetes, and dementia, arranged across four levels with lift access.

Residents reported feeling safe and happy. One person said, "All the staff are very attentive; I have a button so I can call anytime. I have no concerns at all." Another resident noted, "The staff are lovely. There is no 'must' in this care home, it is all down to you and what you want to do." Relatives confirmed their loved ones were safe and well cared for, with one family member stating, "Personally, I could not fault their care."
