Safeharbour (254 Hagley Road)

Safeharbour, at 254 Hagley Road, is a residential care home providing support to people with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC carried out this assessment in response to concerns raised about people's care, and found the service was performing well overall, rated Good.

Inspectors found staff were trained in safeguarding, staffing levels met people's needs, and medicines were managed safely. Relatives felt informed and involved, and spoke positively of an approachable management team. Some records, including incident reports, care plans and daily notes, lacked detail, and the provider was receptive to making improvements.
