Safeharbour (254 Hagley Road)

Safeharbour provides personal care to six people living with learning disabilities. The home is designed to promote choice, independence and inclusion, enabling people to live as ordinary a life as any citizen. At the last inspection, concerns were raised about medicines management. The provider has since introduced a new electronic system that has significantly improved how medicines are monitored and audited, ensuring people receive their medicines safely and on time. Relatives confirm they feel the service is safe. Staff continually assess risks to people's health and safety across both the home environment and community outings. There are sufficient numbers of safely recruited staff who understand how to protect people from harm.
