Rutland House is a residential care home accommodating up to seven people in an adapted building with communal areas and individual flats. At the time of inspection, all seven spaces were occupied. The service supports people with learning disabilities and autism, promoting choice, independence and inclusion to help them live as ordinary a life as possible.

People were kept safe from abuse, with risks assessed and planned for appropriately. The home continued to meet good standards, with no evidence of serious risks or concerns identified during the inspection.
