Cauldon Place provides personal care and support for up to 25 people with learning disabilities, accommodating them across a number of flats on one site. Some residents have single occupancy while others share communal spaces. At the time of inspection, 17 people were receiving personal care from the home.

People felt safe at the service. Staff demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding procedures and understood individual risks, providing appropriate support to keep residents safe. Medication management was secure, with well-trained and safely recruited staff administering medicines as needed.

The home maintained adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs and ensure their safety.
