Rosevale provides personal care for older people living with dementia, with capacity for 44 people. At inspection, 33 people were using the service. Staff appropriately wore personal protective equipment to reduce infection risk, and people's rights were actively promoted through regular visitor access.

Visits could take place in locations chosen by residents based on their preferences, though the manager acknowledged that visiting availability information needed clearer communication to all visitors to ensure consistent understanding of flexible visit arrangements.
