Rawcliffe Manor

Rawcliffe Manor provides accommodation and personal care to up to 67 older adults and people living with dementia, with 35 people using the service at the time of inspection. People felt safe, with appropriate safeguarding measures in place and risks thoroughly assessed and managed. The environment was clean and well maintained with up-to-date health and safety checks.

Staffing levels were adequate to support people safely, with secure recruitment practices in place. People received medicines safely and as prescribed. Staff possessed the right skills and experience for their roles and received good support. The home demonstrated a clear commitment to learning and continuous improvement, with people's needs appropriately assessed and regularly reviewed.
